Victor Gonzalez Organbuilder - Facteur d'orgue Victor Gonzalez
Victor Gonzalez (1877-1956) was one of the last followers of the famous french organ builder Aristide Cavaillé-Coll, and very early, he was one of the leaders of a revival or more exactly a reform of the sound aesthetics of the organ.
He was the founder of the neo-classic french school, with Norbert Dufourcq and André Marchal, and also with the contribution of his son Fernand Gonzalez, died for France in 1940.
| Victor Gonzalez (1877-1956) fut l'un des derniers disciples du célèbre facteur d'orgues français Aristide Cavaillé-Coll, et très tôt, il fut l'artisan d'un renouveau ou plus exactement d'une réforme de l'esthétique sonore de l'orgue. Il fut le fondateur de l'école néoclassique française, avec Norbert Dufourcq et André Marchal, avec l'aide de son fils Fernand Gonzalez, mort pour la France en 1940.

In January, 1980, Georges Danion and Annik Danion-Gonzalez created "La Manufacture Languedocienne de Grandes Orgues".
